Cinta Senese is a native Tuscan pig breed, raised free-range on the Sienese hills. A Slow Food Presidium and DOP product, it represents one of the most precious elements of the regional gastronomic heritage. At Alcide, the Cinta Senese roast is served with Toscanello beans from Podere Pereto: a territorial pairing that tells the story of authentic Tuscany.
