Cacciucco Day was born as a tribute to cacciucco, the iconic Italian fish stew that arrived from Livorno and became part of Alcide's identity. Since 2005, each edition has been a tasting dinner that puts Alcide's cacciucco alongside other great Italian fish stews, interpreted by specially selected guest restaurateurs.
