The Alcide Gourmet Club welcomes Teresa and Marco from Ristorante Pesciolino in Marina di Castagneto Carducci: one of the most authentic establishments on the Bolgheri coast, where fresh fish is the undisputed star of a simple cuisine deeply rooted in the territory.
An evening that brings the scent of the Tyrrhenian Sea to Poggibonsi. Wines from Le Fornacelle accompany every course: from the Zizzolo Vermentino Bolgheri DOC to the intense Zizzolo Rosso, finishing with the late-harvest Vincenzino for dessert.
How the evening unfolds
The evening opens with a generous finger food selection: Pesciolino mini burgers, tacos with bonito mousse, crispy anchovies with gazpacho, salt cod mousse with squid ink crackers and amberjack tartare with avocado, all paired with Vermentino Bolgheri DOC Le Fornacelle.
The first course brings pasta parcels filled with pappa al pomodoro and tuna ragù, followed by a fillet of leerfish with wild fennel on celeriac purée and crispy Certaldo onion. Before dessert, a Sicilian blood orange sorbet IGP from Gelateria Dondoli cleanses the palate for the final red fruit Pavlova.
