Valdelsa at the Table is the Alcide Gourmet Club evening entirely dedicated to the territory: local producers, food artisans and winemakers from Val d'Elsa sit together with guests to share their story through flavours. An evening that celebrates the short supply chain and the direct relationship between those who grow, those who produce and those who cook.
Every course is born from the dialogue between Alcide's kitchen and the finest products made just a few kilometres from the restaurant. A gathering that becomes each year a community moment, where food and wine tell the story of a territory and the people who inhabit it.
